General Terms

1. Scope of Work: Our graphics design and video editing services are provided project-by-project. We will work with you to define the project's scope, which may include developing concepts, creating design drafts, and revising final deliverables.

2. Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final deliverables created by us for your project. However, any unused concepts or draft materials will remain our property.

3. Payment: Payment is due in full before we begin to work on your project. We accept payments via PayPal, Credit or Debit Card, Direct Bank Transfer and Cryptocurrencies at the moment.

4. Revisions: We offer a limited number of revisions for each project. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.

5. Confidentiality: We will keep all aspects of your project confidential and will not share your information with any third parties without your permission.

6. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your project before completion, you will be responsible for payment for work completed up to that point. No refunds will be offered once the product has been delivered!

7. Warranty: We warrant that our work will be original and not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability: Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the services provided. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.

10. Refunds: NO REFUNDS will be given if payment is made via Visa/Mastercard/Amex (stripe). However, a full refund is issued on other payment methods (Paypal, Crypto) if your order hasn't been completed within 15 days of purchase.
